Account and Access

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, you need to create an account to use Trips. When you sign up, you'll get a 14-day free trial with unlimited access. After that, you'll need a subscription to continue.

Can I use Trips on mobile?

Yes! Trips works on mobile devices through your web browser. The interface is responsive and optimized for phones and tablets.

Can I access my trips from multiple devices?

Yes, as long as you're logged into your account, you can access your trips from any device with internet access.

Trips and Events

How many trips can I create?

How many trips can you *take* is the question. But the answer is: you can create an unlimited number of trips.

Can I edit events after they're created?

Yes! You can edit any event at any time to update dates, locations, or add information. This is a great way to make small tweaks to the event details that the AI extraction might have missed.

What happens if I delete a trip?

Deleted trips are kept for 30 days and can be restored. After 30 days, they're deleted for real.

Email Processing

How long does email processing take?

Most emails process within 1-2 minutes, but complex emails can take up to 5 minutes.

What if an email doesn't process correctly?

You can edit the event manually to fix any issues, or try forwarding the email again.

Privacy and Security

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.

Pricing and Subscriptions

Is there a free version?

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access. After that, you'll need a subscription to continue.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal. Monthly and Yearly plans can be canceled; Lifetime plans cannot be canceled (you get access forever!).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe's secure payment processing.
